Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Education and Experience

Assistant Editor (Supreme Court Reports)

  • Law degree recognized by Bar Council of India or membership of English Bar/Attorney of High Court of India
  • Knowledge of computer operation
  • Minimum 3 years’ practice as Advocate/Judicial post/Research experience/Law Reporter/Editorial staff or equivalent teaching experience

Assistant Director (Supreme Court Museum)

  • Master’s Degree in Museology (1st Class) from recognized university
  • Knowledge of Indian antiquities, museum techniques, publications and educational activities
  • Minimum 5 years research experience with documentary evidence in reputed museums

Senior Court Assistant (Supreme Court Museum)

  • Master’s Degree in Museology (min. 55% marks)
  • 2 years’ research or museum work experience

Assistant Librarian

  • Degree in Library Science with Diploma in Computer Application or Library Automation Course
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant library experience (preferably Law Library)
